Why removing makeup from clothes is difficult?

Even though you can easily remove makeup from your face using water, it's a different game when the same makeup clings to your clothes. So why is that?

This happens because makeup's high pigmentation and long-lasting power make it harder to remove from clothes.

In addition, since makeup products are oil-based, they won’t come off with just water and need to be dissolved with stain solver products, which are 5x more powerful than any detergent and remove stains, odors, and 99.9% germs.
